Raymond is a small town off Route 101 east of Manchester. The town gives buyers the most house per dollar of any town in this corner of the state, and Pawtuckaway State Park puts 5,500 acres of trails and a lake inside Raymond's borders.
The school district is small and tightly run, with Raymond High serving the whole town. Buyers priced out of Auburn or Derry often find Raymond on the second weekend of looking.
