Londonderry sits between I-93 Exits 4 and 5 and shares Manchester-Boston Regional Airport with Manchester, so the main terminal is a short drive from most of town. Routes 28, 102, and 128 are the main roads, and the town common, with its Civil War soldiers' monument, marks the old center.
Orchards still define the landscape here. Mack's Apples, Sunnycrest Farm, and Elwood Orchards all grow fruit in town, and the back roads fill up at harvest time.
Woodmont Commons is a planned mixed-use neighborhood on the former Woodmont Orchards land off Route 102, with its own Main Street, apartments, townhouses, and single-family homes. The Morrison House Museum keeps the town's history, and the Aviation Museum of New Hampshire sits at the airport.
North Londonderry, near Exit 5, has the Boston Express bus terminal for commuters headed south. The Londonderry School District serves the town through Londonderry High School.
