Londonderry sits between Derry and the Manchester airport, which matters more than buyers from Massachusetts realize. The town has apple orchards on the east side (Mack's, Sunnycrest) and Woodmont Commons on the west, a large mixed-use development built on the old apple farms.
Londonderry High feeder lines run clean, and the town center is a New England common with a white church and a general store.
