Tuscan Village is built on the former Rockingham Park racetrack site, and it has quietly become the single most important new-build community in Southern NH. Townhomes, apartments, a hotel, a Market Basket, and a walkable center with restaurants.
The downsizer demographic has moved here in force. If you want one-level living with the elevator option and the yard replaced by a landscaped courtyard, this is it.
